Irène Joliot-Curie was a French chemist and physicist who received the 1935 Nobel Prize in Chemistry with her husband, Frédéric Joliot-Curie, for their discovery of induced radioactivity. The couple also discovered positron emission in their process. They were the second married couple, after her parents, to win the Nobel Prize, adding to the Curie family legacy of five Nobel Prizes. This made the Curies the family with the most Nobel laureates to date. Wikipedia

The essence · Sun

Sun in Virgo

19°57′

Your centre is craft: improving what you touch, serving with precision, finding the sacred in the detail. Your identity is refined through order, useful observation and continuous improvement. You find meaning in being of help, optimising processes and understanding how the whole works.

The inner world · Moon

Moon in Aries

6°33′

You feel in flares: fast, honest, direct emotions that ask for an immediate response and forgive quickly. Your refuge is autonomy and your ability to heal conflict fast.

The threshold · Ascendant

Birth time not documented

The Ascendant changes sign every two hours, and no verified birth time is recorded for Irène Joliot-Curie, so this chart doesn't set it. Their planets by sign, however, remain reliable.

Section II · The map

Their natal wheel

The sky on the day they were born. The outer ring is the twelve signs; the lines across the centre, the aspects between planets. Without a birth time, houses and the Ascendant aren't drawn.

Irène Joliot-Curie's placements

We compute the placements for the day of birth. Without the exact time the Ascendant and houses can't be fixed, but each planet's sign is reliable.

Beyond the planets

Three keys beyond the ten classical planets, which astrology reads as axes of the chart. All four angles need your birth time.

Chiron11°26 Scorpio

The wounded healer: a small icy body between Saturn and Uranus. It marks the wound that, once moved through, teaches.

North Node5°15 Aquarius

Not a body but a point of the Moon's orbit. It marks the direction of your growth.

Lilith0°45 Gemini

The Black Moon: a mathematical point tied to the untamed and what refuses to submit.

Irène Joliot-Curie's aspects

Each aspect is an angle between two planets; it defines how they speak to each other. Aspects to the Moon are approximate: they depend on the exact birth time.
