Akbar's Birth Chart

Sun in Scorpio · Moon in Capricorn

Akbar, also known as Akbar the Great, was the third Mughal emperor, who reigned from 1556 to 1605. Akbar succeeded his father, Humayun, under a regent, Bairam Khan, who helped the young emperor expand and consolidate Mughal domains in the Indian subcontinent. He is generally considered one of the greatest Mughal emperors. Wikipedia

Section I · The core

The two luminaries

Two lights set the tone of the whole chart: the Sun, the identity; the Moon, the emotional world.

Akbar's Sun, in Scorpio

Your core is intensity: living fully, transforming yourself and looking where others turn away. Your essence grows stronger in depth, transformation and naked truth. You need to cross the shadows, let go of what is obsolete and be reborn with greater inner solidity.

Akbar's Moon, in Capricorn

Your emotions are sober and deep: it's hard for you to ask, but you hold like a mountain. Your emotional world seeks refuge in restraint, work, pragmatism and self-control. You show affection by supporting and protecting your own, and you find peace when you feel you hold the reins of your life.

Without an exact birth time, the Moon could fall in the neighbouring sign: it changed sign that day.

Section II · The map

Their natal wheel

The sky on the day they were born. The outer ring is the twelve signs; the lines across the centre, the aspects between planets. Without a birth time, houses and the Ascendant aren't drawn.

Akbar's placements

We compute the placements for the day of birth. Without the exact time the Ascendant and houses can't be fixed, but each planet's sign is reliable.
