Gustave Eiffel's Birth Chart
Sun in Sagittarius · Moon in Libra ≈
Alexandre Gustave Eiffel was a French civil engineer. A graduate of École Centrale des Arts et Métiers, he made his name with various bridges for the French railway network, most famously the Garabit Viaduct. He is best known for the Eiffel Tower, designed by his company and built for the 1889 Universal Exposition in Paris, and his contribution to building the Statue of Liberty in New York. After his retirement from engineering, Eiffel focused on research into meteorology and aerodynamics, making significant contributions in both fields. Wikipedia
Section I · The core
The two luminaries
Two lights set the tone of the whole chart: the Sun, the identity; the Moon, the emotional world.
Gustave Eiffel's Sun, in Sagittarius
Your identity is an arrow: meaning, horizon, the faith that there's always wider ground. It expands through the search for meaning, adventure and trust in life. You need wide horizons, philosophy and constant learning in order to make sense of existence.
Gustave Eiffel's Moon, in Libra
Your emotional peace depends on harmony around you: conflict weighs on you, beauty repairs you. You project your emotional stability onto your bonds, always seeking mutual understanding and empathy.
Without an exact birth time, the Moon could fall in the neighbouring sign: it changed sign that day.
Section II · The map
Their natal wheel
The sky on the day they were born. The outer ring is the twelve signs; the lines across the centre, the aspects between planets. Without a birth time, houses and the Ascendant aren't drawn.
Section III · The detail
Planets and aspects
The exact numbers behind the drawing. Each table expands one layer of the wheel.
Gustave Eiffel's placements
We compute the placements for the day of birth. Without the exact time the Ascendant and houses can't be fixed, but each planet's sign is reliable.

Gustave Eiffel's aspects
Each aspect is an angle between two planets; it defines how they speak to each other. Aspects to the Moon are approximate: they depend on the exact birth time.
Elements and modalities
How their energy is split across the four elements and the three modalities.
Section IV · The signature
The signature of their sky
The whole at a glance: how the planets are spread, and the accents that set the overall tone of the chart.
Seesaw
Your planets gather in two opposite groups: you live in the push and pull between them.
Their energy concentrates in the element of Earth and the Cardinal modality.
Saturn is the most connected planet in their chart: 7 aspects tie it to the rest.
Three or more planets together in Capricorn: a strongly marked focus of energy in that area.
Three planets in trine forming a triangle: a talent that flows almost effortlessly.
An opposition with a third planet square to both: the chart's engine of tension and achievement.
