Section I · The core

The two luminaries

Two lights set the tone of the whole chart: the Sun, the identity; the Moon, the emotional world.

Mark Twain's Sun, in Sagittarius

Your identity is an arrow: meaning, horizon, the faith that there's always wider ground. It expands through the search for meaning, adventure and trust in life. You need wide horizons, philosophy and constant learning in order to make sense of existence.

Mark Twain's Moon, in Aries

You feel in flares: fast, honest, direct emotions that ask for an immediate response and forgive quickly. Your refuge is autonomy and your ability to heal conflict fast.

Section II · The map

Their natal wheel

The sky on the day they were born. The outer ring is the twelve signs; the lines across the centre, the aspects between planets. Without a birth time, houses and the Ascendant aren't drawn.

Mark Twain's placements

We compute the placements for the day of birth. Without the exact time the Ascendant and houses can't be fixed, but each planet's sign is reliable.
